Welcome to Flaherty and Stacey, DDS., PC -
General and Family Dentistry
Everyone at Drs. Flaherty and Stacey hopes that each of you are doing fine and finding ways to stay healthy and to enjoy our beautiful spring weather. We’re pleased to report that we are all doing well and busy preparing our office for reopening to provide routine dental procedures.
Our primary goal, as always, is to protect the health and safety of you and our staff. To that end, you will notice changes in our office procedures and protocols. Some of the changes include staying in your car until we come to let you in, answering a few health questions and having your temperature taken upon entering, no patients sitting in the waiting room, fewer patients being seen at a time, longer appointments to allow for extra cleaning and sterilization, and placing HEPA air circulators in each treatment room that cleanse the air of airborne particles within 15 minutes or less.
A major hurdle we face is rescheduling the patients that we were forced to cancel over the last 8 weeks. There is absolutely no easy way to do this, so we want to ask each of you for your understanding and patience as we work through our backlog.
To start, we will be reaching out to those of you who had your appointment cancelled and to those who have upcoming appointments this month. It is important for us to find out which patients are comfortable coming in and those who wish to wait until a later date. As we compile a list of those who want to come back, we will start rebuilding our schedule, and we will prioritize those with the greatest need. Please keep in mind that fewer appointment times means each one becomes more valuable. So, if you make an appointment, we urge you to make it unless you are sick or taking care of someone who is.
We truly look forward to seeing each of you. Hopefully, the changes we are making will only be temporary. We know all of us are looking forward to the day we can return to our pre-Covid lives. Stay healthy. We will be contacting you soon.
